Ah, the holidays.  The perfect time for many restaurants to roll out their gift card deals.  There are some great ones available.  Case in point:

Penn Station Subs:  Buy $30 worth of gift certificates and get a card for a free 8 inch sub on your next visit.

Sometimes we have purchased gift cards for ourselves to stretch our money further (because we also get the bonus card).  I have also seen others suggest purchasing the gift card for yourself and using the bonus or reward card as a gift for a teacher, mail carrier, etc.
