On Easter Sunday, we were driving home from visiting relatives and had to stop for lunch. I remembered that over the Easter holiday Qdoba was having a kids eat free deal, so we stopped there.
I don’t have any pictures because I don’t have my camera with me, but we ordered the following:
1 kid’s meal taco with guacamole, apple juice, and apple sauce (free except the guacamole was .59)
1 kid’s meal chicken quesadilla with apple juice, and applesauce (free)
1 pork taco meal – $6.29
1 Craft 2 meal (which my husband loved by the way) – $6.19
1 soft drink – $1.59
1 order of chips and guacamole – $2.79
Our original total was $27 and change. They deducted the price of the kids’ meals, and then I had a free meal reward on my Qdoba rewards card, so my meal of $6.29 was taken off.
All told, we spent $12.22 (a savings of over 55%)! We were able to do that without using coupons, and our family of 5 had plenty of food.
