So I recently quit my 9 to 5 job so I can focus on my online businesses. I am doing quite well but unfortunately it is still not as close as the money I used to make from my day job. That is why, since I am spending most of my time online, I needed to start frequenting sites that will help me save money, not spend it. I did some digging around and I finally found these 5 sites that will help you and me save money.

These are all sites that I use personally and that is why I’m recommending them to you here today.

So without further adieu, here are the top sites money saving sites for you 😉

5 Sites That Will Help You Save Money

Fiverr

www.Fiverr.com

My number one site for saving money has to be, the one and only Fiverr. Fiverr is an online marketplace for people willing to do odd jobs for just $5. At the time of writing, there is close to 3 million jobs available! You can just imagine what you can find on there.

You can get stuff like:

  • Website coders
  • Graphic Designers
  • Life Coaches
  • Article Writers
  • & much more

It’s great because most of these jobs cost a fraction of what it would cost to get them done outside fiverr. It really is simple, fun and entertaining to browse the jobs offered there.

I suggest if you are looking to get something done, go ahead on Fiverr and take a look. You’ll thank me later! 🙂

There is also PeoplePerHour.com which I highly recommend as well, but it’s more about hiring people on an hourly basis rather than a one off thing.

Groupon

www.groupon.com

I have talked about Groupon before. It is an unbelievable site where you can get massive offers and discount in all major cities of the United States. You can visit the site, enter your location and email and you will get daily deals directly to your inbox.

It offers discounts on local restaurants, events, attractions, museums, spas and just about everything you can think of. Most deals offer anywhere between 50% to 95% discount rates. It is truly Amazing!!

Amazon Prime

Amazon Prime

Amazon Prime is a service offered by Amazon for it’s regular customers. If you shop on Amazon often (and you should because you can save a ton of $), you  really should consider applying for the Amazon Prime program.

It costs you $79 a year (no it’s not free) but you can get a 30 day free trial to help you get started and see if this is for you.

But what do you get with Amazon Prime?

How does FREE express shipping sound to you? For just $79 a year you can get free shipping on most items in the Amazon marketplace.

You also get access to Amazon Instant Video and the ability to borrow books from the Kindle library.

Ebates

www.ebates.com

EBates is a site that claims that “you can get paid to shop online”, hmm sounds good to me. Ebates offers coupons and money back vouchers for major retailers online and offline like Amazon, Sears, Macy’s, Victoria’s Secret and they also have coupons for travel, gifts, gadgets, electronics and more.

I still have to try Ebates for myself but the reviews are all positive about it. It was even featured on CNN and the New York Times so it must be doing something good.

Visit Ebates and have a look around. Feel free to share your experience with the readers by dropping a comment below telling us what you think of it 🙂

Financial Highway

LOL, in a shameless way of self advertising, I’d like to suggest to you my blog for money saving tips. I know it doesn’t even exist in the same atmosphere that Amazon and eBates are in but I am sure you’d find some valuable information on my blog that will help you save money.

Some popular blog titles you should check out are:

Stay safe and Financial Highway 🙂
