		<description>Wow... That&#039;s going to hurt the home buying market.  I remember back to when the 5% downpayments came into play. It allowed so many more people to be able to buy a house.  The concept of being able to afford the house is the right thing to do.  

I disagree.. there IS a housing bubble in Canada.  It&#039;s being inflated with cheap mortgage rates.</description>
